Information Regarding Accommodation and Payment

Accommodation

We are aiming to accommodate each family in their own dormitory room, format will be bunk beds. You will have to bring your own port-a-cot for young children. There are 2 rooms away from the dormitories that would be ideal for families with bubs. Please email Kate (see below) if you are interested.

For the singles there will be separate male and female dorm rooms.

For the couples without kids, we are hoping to have some separate rooms, but that will depend on final numbers so get in an register quickly to secure your best chance of your own room. Otherwise you will be allocated to the male/female dorms.

Pricing

The following price includes 2 nights accommodation, access to all the facilities on site, cleaning fees, and all main meals. We are also offsetting the accommodation costs of our wonderful volunteers who are giving up their time, energy and money to help run the kids program and feed us for the weekend. We have tried to keep prices as low as possible but if the cost is a problem for you, please let us know because we don't want it to be a barrier for anyone.

Family capped price (if you have 2 or more children over 4 years of age) $350

For example if you have a family but all your children are 4 years or less, then you will pay only for 2 adults only - $250, or if you have 1 child over the age of 4 (5 years or older) then you will pay a total of $325 for the weekend.

Please ensure payment no later than one week prior to church camp - on Friday 19/5/17
